Title: Banana Breakfast Shake

1 1/2cSkim or 1% milk
1 Banana, frozen, sliced
1/2tsVanilla (optional)
1/4tsAlmond extract (optional)
  Cinnamon for garnish

1. In a blender container, combine all ingredients, except for cinnamon, until smooth, about 20 secs. Pour into glasses and garnish with a sprinkle of ground cinnamon.
